Timing is everything, and this is especially true for beekeepers in the northeast US where our season is short and sweet! Getting your bees off to the best start possible, building them up quickly in spring, managing and maintaining their health and growth throughout the summer, and preparing them for winter becomes part of every beekeeper’s circadian rhythm. Our workshops are timed to provide you with the right information at the right time, so you are freshly prepared for each topic just as the time to apply what you’ve learned approaches.

Outreach – Events and Demonstrations

At Sweet Farm Bees we love teaching the public about beekeeping. We frequently partner with local gardening clubs, schools, libraries, nature camps and our local food co-op to introduce folks to bees and beekeeping.
