Swarming is a honeybee colony’s natural, normal reproductive process that commonly occurs throughout May and June. When swarming, bees are very docile as they wait in a cluster—with their queen—for their scout sisters to find them a new home! They might stay in cluster for a few hours or a few days.
We are happy to capture and relocate them to a safe, appropriate home in our apiary.
